White pelicans visit us periodically in southwest Florida, usually in large flocks, as they tend to be very gregarious. They are beautiful birds, even more so during breeding season, when there are orange highlights on their backs and heads. These birds were photographed at a commercial fishery in Cortez, Florida. This image was created from the White Pelicans 1 photograph, using filters. This is the transparent version.
