Description
Alamo -- This is a compact imitation of the famous Alamo in San Antonio, Texas, and site of the famous 1836 battle. The structure we see here was built by Howard Solomon, and is located at the off-beat, creative Solomon's Castle, in Ona, Florida. Nestled along a cosy woodland path, deep in farm and cattle country near Sarasota and Bradenton, near Arcadia, Florida, this version of the Alamo and the hundreds of other original creations made of recycled material on this amazing estate transport you on a wacky nostalgic journey through history.
